“IN FLUX” EXHIBITION OPENING

'In Flux' is a reflection on and a reaction to life and art during the pandemic. The works explore form, color and symbols and their relationships to one another. Artist Peter Healy's works represent the evolution in the way we relate to one another in an environment where we are cut off from one another, and they seek to provide a respite from a moment in time that has been a collective challenge the world over. Peter sought to create pieces that offer joy, whimsy, and solace in a uniquely surreal moment in our global history.

Originally from Northern Ireland, Healy currently lives and works in Houston, Texas. His art tends to illustrate the contrast of living in the sparsely populated Fermanagh countryside of his youth, and living in a bustling city.

Enjoy the opportunity to view Peter Healy’s new work at Objets Trouvés during the exhibition's two-day opening on Friday, May 14 from 5-9pm or Saturday, May 15 from 11am-5pm. Meet Healy at the gallery on opening night.
